Juventus vs. Inter Milan reaction: Inter gave Juve nothing to worry about – Hislop | Serie A

ESPN FC’s Shaka Hislop, Alejandro Moreno and Gab Marcotti analyse Juventus’ 2-0 win over Inter Milan to go to the top of the Serie A table. Hislop says Inter didn’t threaten Juventus at any point in the game while Moreno believes Maurizio Sarri is still having trouble playing Cristiano Ronaldo, Paulo Dybala and Gonzalo Higuain together despite positive results with that combination. Marcotti says Juve stepped up in both contests against Inter and deserve credit for their effort while questioning Antonio Conte’s handling of Christian Eriksen.

  • This is all down to Conte, Juve played the same shitty football just like Inter, but Inter play even worse, same with Lacio, like they are performing some well rehearsed act for a play, there is no creativity, sad to say this but everyone can beat this Inter, I think against Milan during half time Conte told them just play whatever you want second half, wish they always do that

Juve wins ESPN messilona fan bitches panel be like: opposition didn't do anything to challenge them it was an easy game Ronaldo didn't play well still juve won such was the incompetence of the opposition blah blah blah.
The ESPN panel's massilona fan bitches' hate for Ronaldo is persistent they find indirect ways to say juve and Ronaldo didn't play well it was opposition who presented juve game in a plate. Poor messilona fan bitches.

  • been calling for weeks for pjanic to be dropped. he has been poor all season. but the main issue I have with him is he does his own thing. the coach wants to play one touch football where necessary and then players move without the ball. pjanic is in midfield holding unto the ball forever looking for a killer pass. sari system would never work. bentancur is keeping it simple one or two touches and passing and moving off the ball. that is how it has to be .

  • As an inter fan i was just so disappointed in my team in the second half. I’ve never seen my team fold so easily. Juve pressed our back line and we had no answer for it. Our midfield had no urgency when it came to getting the ball back. They couldn’t even get 10 passes together. Again 1st half wasn’t bad but you come out like that In the second half and play like that when you potentially have the chance to win a title. Utter embarrassment.

  • I watched Lukaku and saw all the reasons why United sold him. Since igahlo arrival, I've seen really good hold up play (first touch) movement and the ability to use his physique to protect the ball. Lukaku is somewhat of a flat track bully that needs a really open game to have time and space to then become effective! This is where Lukaku needs to show that he's at least in the top tier of strikers such as Lewondoski, Aguero etc. He's definitely not that guy and never will be. He's okay but is not a top player, simple.

  • Dybala is carrying Juventus all on his own, scoring CRUCIAL GOALS in most needed times. He doesn’t get the credit he deserves. Without Dybala, Juve would be in third or fourth spot. FACTS.

  • As an inter supporter this was yet again such a disappointing performance. This jas become a bit of a trend this sseason, whenever we need to show a bit of determination and class, we are found to be lacking. At this pace I am scared we will lose our Champions League place.

  • This is the problem with Conte's system, they never play well against a team better with them. That is why juventus never advanced to the semis of the champions league during his time

  • To play properly you need to have evry player given specific and proper role in different area in pitch. But Conte had Skriniar, Barella and De Vrij all man marking Ronaldo. So it left other Juventus player open to make attack.

  • I don't think Sarri's the right manager for Juventus. His methods take time and they don't have the players suited for Sarriball. Everyone's been critical of him all season long.
That being said, Sarri's produced two masterclasses against supposedly one of the best managers in the world in Conte. Absolutely wiped the floor with him. Why aren't we talking more about that?

So glad Bentancur was starting ahead of Pjanic.

  • It all went downhill for inter milan when dybala came on.😂😂.The boy is a genius.

  • REAL JUVE TONIGHT! JUVE HDR (HIGUAIN-RONALDO-DYBALA) midfiled MATUIDI-BENTANCUR-RAMSEY! Ramsey is so good at this new position. When Juve recruits him, it was to play in this role but Sarri wants 4 midfields with one to be a trequartista but Juve doesn't have a lot of midfileds and Ramsey is a 8 (box-to box) like Pogba on the left, they need to play like this. Sarri understands this now so that's cool because we need now to have our best Juve for the rest of the season. Bentancur is an awesome 6, better than Pjanic, he is like a baby BUSQUETS here!
And Dybala is our 10 who can play like Messi in the RW OR MOC with Higuain in a ST of CF. When Sarri made a lot of rotations (Cuadrado and all), players have learnt a lot but now trials are done, Cuadrado will stay a RB (very good here), Bentancur (CDM), Ramsey (CM),…..

  • Conte is too scared, defensive and restrictive. You have world class defenders, you don’t need to worry about that too much, try and attack. He’s never direct with his team, he doesn’t let his players be free. The 3-5-2 setup is too defensive with 3 midfielders Brozovic, Barella and Vecino who aren’t as creative as Eriksen, IF YOU WANT 3-5-2 play ERIKSEN. And in the 3-5-2 the wing backs only cross the ball whenever they have it, the wingbacks run all game with no cover. He needs to go to a 3-4-3 with 1 striker and 2 wingers helping the wingbacks (Moses RM- Young RWB… Sanchez LM-Biraghi LWB) like he did with Chelsea to help the wing backs and relieve pressure on them and help create attacking options but he sold Politano, who was a fan favourite and doesn’t start Alexis Sanchez on the left but as a supporting striker to Lukaku. All you see every Inter game in a 3-5-2 is the midfielders passing to the wingbacks who pass it back to the midfield or the cross it.
